On Friday when Katie came home from school the girls opened up the advent calendar and the note read: "Go to Disneyland with mom and dad!" 
We were all excited to see Disneyland all lit up for Christmas. It is such a sight to see!!The Castle was GORGEOUS!!!
Later on in the night a few others came to join in on the fun! The girls were so excited when their aunts and uncles showed up!
These two are such a darling couple. Miles W. has his mission papers in. Any day now we'll know where he will be spending the next two years. We are all going to miss him so much, but we are sure proud of him!

In line for our favorite ride...TOY STORY!!!! It is seriously such a blast! The one that talked the most smack got beat by everyone (maybe it was me, maybe it wasn't)!!!
The fireworks started just as we were boarding the tram. The girls said that was their favorite part of the night. "Watching the fireworks!" My favorite part was watching their faces as they were in awe of the sight!

On Saturday we had fun celebrating cousin Owen's first birthday. (He had a darling Monster themed party). Happy Birthday Owen! On Sat. night we went to our wonderful ward party. They did everything perfectly...including having Santa come FIRST before all the kids have totally lost it! It was a fabulous and easy advent fairy day. Today after church the advent fairy told us to get our coziest cozy cozies on and watch mom's favorite Christmas movie "One Magic Christmas". It was magical!
Tonight we had fun celebrating this fun girls birthday. We had a little party at my mom's house in her honor. She got a scarf and on the tag it had a variety of ways you could wear it... here she is with Danielle modeling the most awesome option of all!!
I just have to take a second and say how thankful I am for sweet Sally. She is such an awesome friend and has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. She is seriously one of those people that lights up a room when she walks in. She lives a super fun life but also holds close to what is right. I admire how balanced and talented she is. I am so grateful to call her my friend. Happy, Happy Birthday Sally Sue!!!

So many fun things and so many special memories for your kids! We miss hanging out with you all, but it was good to see you this weekend (even if it was a little crazy!). Love you guys!
