Eleven Years

Last weekend we celebrated our eleven year anniversary! 

My parents were so sweet to watch the kids for two days while we headed off to Newport Beach/Fashion Island for a little get a way! Thanks Mom and Dad!

We headed down to Fashion Island and started our Anniversary weekend with lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. After we were stuffed, we did a little clothes shopping (not a good combo after eating a big meal). We had both received gift cards for Christmas, so it made shopping extra fun. 

After some shopping we checked into our hotel. 

We rested and read and relaxed until it was time to get ready for dinner. Bryant made us reservations at Flemmings and oh my goodness was it good! 

When he made the reservations he told us that it was our anniversary and you would have thought we were royalty the way they treated us! It was so sweet and made the night extra special.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner while we talked about hopes and dreams for our family in the upcoming year. It was such a beautiful evening that made me fall even more in love with the man I married eleven years ago. 

The next day we went out to breakfast and then saw Les Mis and bawled our eyes out! We both loved it so much! It was such a nice weekend away to be together and chat just the two of us!

   

I am so thankful for the husband and father that Bryant is. He is my rock. He works so hard for our family and is so good to us. Although life can get difficult sometimes as a team it becomes so much easier. So grateful to have such an awesome team mate and partner in this life and forever!
