This (almost eight year old) girl got all dressed up for a date...

boy oh boy is she one lucky girl!
They went to her first Activity Days activity (a program for girls 8-11 in our church. Since she turns 8 on Monday she was invited to come tonight). A father/daughter night of service where they put together packages to send to orphanages in Mexico. Then they had a presentation about Service and ended the night with dessert.
Katie came home beaming from ear to ear.
She had a great time and is SO excited to now be part of the Activity Day girls!
